If I could leave zero stars, I would. The owner cussed my young daughter and made her leave because her friend brought her own dressing. My daughter”s friend did not even use the dressing. She put it away. My daughter and her friend were made to leave AFTER being forced to pay. They were not allowed to finish their meal. My daughter felt threatened. This behavior by a business owner is unacceptable.

It was my first time going and they did not disappoint! The oil dipping sauce has a nice kick of spice but overall very good. The nachos 10/10 and I loved the banana peppers in it. And finally the Voodoo pasta dish was my absolute favorite 1000/10! Very much recommend this restaurant, your stomach will be so happy and full.

Effina's is the spot for you, if you are craving the taste of Italy. The menu has a good selection of items from pasta, pizza and hand-held's. It all begins with fresh bread and Olive oil with herbs. All the dishes we have tried have been richly delicious.

This place is a real gem! High quality Italian food that is both delicious and affordable in price. Most places I have been to and reviewed are decent in quality but usually a little high in price. Not this place, the food was actually, in my opinion, a little cheap for the quality and quantity. Our server was exceptional and very attentive with a good smile everytime she came to the table. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting Italian food with a good amount of choices that exceeds expectations. The picture is of the BBQ chicken pizza , mozzarella bread, and some of the best Calamari i have had! Effina's Tuscan Grill is the place to go while in Jacksonville!

We visited Effina's with friends on a Sunday afternoon. It's a great little place in Jacksonville with rustic Italian decore'. The service was good; not very personal but very thorough. I had the Italian Nachos (pictured), as well as the breakfast pizza for my meal. The food was very well prepared; the Italian Nachos were AWESOME. Seriously, I'm getting them again. Waffle cut potatoes with Italian Seasoned Chicken, perfectly cooked. covered with peppers, then cheese. They were so good. My Breakfast Pizza was good, but there wasn't much about it that screamed breakfast. It had a small amount of scrambled eggs, but they really weren't noticeable. It tasted great, I just wanted more of a breakfast theme on it. The food was priced well; we'll definitely be back! A side note, the upstairs dining is a bit inconveniently located. The restrooms are downstairs, and for some in our party, the stairs were quite the struggle.
